Now that you have your idea for a business it is time to map it out. In episode 2 we are given the tools to move forward towards the successful implementation of your business model. Beth and Carl are given the Business Model Canvas to further evaluate and refine their business idea. There are essential building blocks that make up any business model They are customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures. Using the Business Model Canvas you will see how to iterate many business models and test them quickly.
